Juffair Gate Hotel Manama, Manama

The hotel rooms were clean and adorable, in good condition, like a cozy waiting room; however, it was very noisy. The service had ups and downs, with staff like Mr Raj and Teresa being friendly and welcoming, but others appeared unprofessional, using their smartphones while interacting with guests. The location was convenient, near the lively restaurants road and to Wrangler night club and Klub 360, though it could be noisy due to the bustling night club district. The dining experience had its flaws, with constant waiter interruptions and subpar quality for the customer's standard. Overall, a place with positives but also some noticeable negatives.

When I arrived, the hotel impressed me with clean rooms and comfortable beds. The lobby had cozy sofas and chairs, and the WiFi worked well. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the car parking area was spacious, although it didn't drain towards the plug area perfectly and the room safe was a bit tricky to operate. Overall, a nice stay.
